Customary Village Regulation on Rabies Disease

In an effort to protect Bali's traditional villages from rabies, some village leaders have issued Pararems that set out a number of rules that must be adhered to by villagers in order to deal with rabies cases. Some of the rules include, pet registration, tying up pets to prevent them from escaping, periodic vaccination, as well as bite case management, actions for rabies-infected animals, and actions for stray animals.
