COVID-19 Vaccination Risk Communication for the Disability Community (Kolok) in Bali

There are challenges in risk communication for the Kolok community due to the use of sign language that is different from Indonesian sign language (BISINDO), such as low literacy levels making conventional communication ineffective, difficulty accessing COVID-19 information, etc. It is recommended that relevant parties encourage the implementation of risk communication and community engagement in the regions by considering the needs and conditions of vulnerable groups, such as the provision of information, education, and communication services using Kolok words in Bengkala Village.
