The Regents of South Central Timor (TTS) and Belu Districts have issued an instruction on selective culling of rabies-transmitting animals (HPR), advising citizens not to allow HPR to enter and exit their respective Sub-districts/villages. In addition, residents are directed to cage dogs, cats, and monkeys and if they do not, they are considered wild animals and will be culled.
