Bupati of West Manggarai Instruction on the Utilisation of Village Funds for Rabies Response in West Manggarai District

Rabies has become endemic in East Nusa Tenggara, therefore the Regent of West Manggarai issued Instruction Number DPKH/01.1555/XI/2023. The instruction is addressed to the Head of the Livestock and Animal Health Service Office, Head of the Village Empowerment Service Office, Sub-District Heads, and Village Heads throughout West Manggarai District. Each party is encouraged to coordinate and evaluate the implementation of rabies vaccination, and formulate rabies control strategies. Village Governments are also encouraged to allocate funds for rabies prevention measures.
