Laboratory Diagnostic Testing for Rapid Examination of Dog Brain Samples in Rabies Response in Belu, East Nusa Tenggara

AIHSP collaborated with the Directorate of Animal Health and the Livestock Service Office of NTT Province to organise Rabies Diagnostic Technical Training using the Rapid Immunohistochemical Test (DRiT) method and Rapid Rabies AG Test Kit for provincial veterinary laboratories and animal health laboratories in 4 districts in West Timor and Flores Island. The training resulted in faster testing of dog brain samples at the district level and accelerated response.
