Strengthening Health Emergency Preparedness: Development and Implementation of Health Emergency Operation Centre (HEOC) in South Sulawesi

The Health Emergency Operations Centre (HEOC) serves as a critical hub in managing and coordinating responses during emergencies. AIHSP recognised the importance of the need for a HEOC in South Sulawesi and provided support in developing comprehensive HEOC guidelines. Some of the support AIHSP provided was technical assistance in the development of guidelines and supporting SOPs, facilitating stakeholder consultations, testing of guidelines, and community engagement.
