Collaboration on Integrated Primary Care with One Health at the South Pekalongan Community Health Center, Central Java

To fulfill the life-cycle-based healthcare needs of individuals, families, and communities, Primary Health Care Integration must be implemented in the Pekalongan region. To achieve optimal results, cross-sector collaboration in the Puskesmas-Puskeswan areas is strengthened using the One Health approach. Several efforts have been made such as One Health communication and coordination meetings, the establishment of a Zoonosis and Emerging Infectious Disease Coordination Team, community counselling, and the establishment of community-based surveillance.
