Integration of Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) in the AIHSP Program

In order to support the Government of Indonesia to implement health programs that cover all aspects of society, AIHSP integrates the concept of Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) in every effort undertaken by the program. The integration assisted in the revision of GoI references to be more inclusive, and advocacy for gender-responsive policies. Some of the outcomes of this effort are inclusive vaccination, and health education for vulnerable groups.
