Access to Inclusive Vaccinations and Increasing Vaccine Acceptance: Key to Increasing COVID-19 Vaccination Coverage Among Elderly in South Sulawesi

Vaccination coverage among the elderly in South Sulawesi is lower than the general population and other vulnerable groups. Understanding vaccine accessibility and acceptability among the elderly and their families can help local governments develop strategies to improve vaccination coverage among the elderly. There are policies that can be considered, namely the implementation of certain vaccination activities, cross-program and cross-sector cooperation to reach the elderly, and increased information, education, and communication efforts for the elderly and their families/companions.
