The program targets vulnerable groups (elderly and people with disabilities) in five AIHSP priority districts in Central Java: Magelang, Pati, Sragen, Pekalongan City and Cilacap, as well as four priority districts of the Central Java Provincial Government, namely Tegal, Brebes, Pemalang, and Pekalongan District.
