Training Need Assessment (TNA) was conducted for measurable and optimal competency development. It was found that competency gaps, soft-skill capacity of health workers is still low, reporting system is not integrated, cross-sector cooperation and development of laboratory resources in surveillance and security are not optimal, and teamwork is not solid.
